Shorten player name in HUD

Is there a way to shorten or limit the number of letters listed in a HUD for player name?

Some players have these long run on names and it makes HUD window too long. I use about 10 stats
along w/ player name, notes...etc and when multi-table the real estate is limited.

There are a set of "Player Short" stats available for free download from the Customize PokerTracker section, posted by me. These display 5 characters, but you can change that in the stat's Format Expression if you prefer a different length.

i have my HUD set up for what i like to see.

Click the Help link at the top of the Customize PokerTracker page for directions. Once you have saved the file to your computer go to Configure > Configure Stats and on the Statistics tab click Import. When you have imported the stat file click Apply to confirm the new stat.

I am using this.

However, there is a little bug (PokerStars and PT 3.11.9 Beta) . When the name consists of numbers only the name the name won't be displayed correctly, e.g., 123456789 will be displayed as 12345,6789 instead of 12345. Is it possible to fix this?

Yes, choose the stat in the Hud Configuration window and the Item Property named "Decimals" needs to be set to -1. Once you've done that you won't see the comma separator for names that consist only of numbers.

I already tried solving it by putting ´Decimals´ to 0, but that didn´t work...

I import that HTPS_-_Player_Short, but I did not see short name on my Hud Tournament.
What I did wrong?
Can you tell me please, step by step.
