Does PT sell my hand history?

Postby slemtiger » Mon Feb 13, 2012 9:00 am

I just have to ask... Does PT collect my hand histories and/or other data about me, and sell those data to other players in any form?

We absolutely do not do this.

All hands that PokerTracker imports are stored locally - not remotely. We do not have access to any hands on your machine.

Any hands sent to us for support purposes (via our support system) are used only for support.

We do not aggregate and sell anybody's hand histories - that would be wrong.

I don't know where their data comes from - we do not work with such companies in any way.
