Keep aliases from postgres DB?

I want to make a new postgres DB and import all the hands from my old PTS database fresh into this new postgres DB. the reason for this is so that all hands will be imported using the recent PTS patches that store Full Tilt hole cards in a better order. My question is whether there is any way to keep the aliases from the old postgres DB and have them in the new DB. I have 20 or 30 aliases for various players and it would take a long time to add them all manually afterward or even to find all of them.

There isn't a way to restore the aliases since all of the player's internal IDs would be different in the new database.
