Unable to create PostgreSQL database

Hello,
I've just installed the pokertracker 3 trial version, but when i try to connect, this message appears to me: http://i39.tinypic.com/34xl6p5.jpg

and if i click ok:

but i'm sure i've enabled the firewall already.

That's strange - please run PT3 using the 'Logging Enabled' option in the Start menu and when you get the error attach the PokerTracker.log to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.

Thanks - you got the right file.
It looks as if something is missing in your PT3 installation - please try running the PT3 installer again and if that doesn't help then open a Support Ticket with a link to this thread and one of our support technicians will work with you to get things working correctly.
