Yes Stars and I have been stuck at the same table since the HUD dissipearing and now my table is the FT.

Trying to make a nice little cash with no HUD and drinking beer, which is not usually a good combination for me. Fortunately I have relied on my incrediable poker skills to see me through :D

Couple of hundred dollars profit for trying out PT4 on a whim with beer and no HUD.

Can't complain.

thought i would try another tourney to see whhat happens and no HUD and then i busted.

tried an SNG and no HUD again.

Reboot CPU and started PT4 while i was still playing SNG and Hud appears for everyone except hero.

Reset does nothing and after 1 minute hero stats appear and everything working fine. seen this before.

That sounds like you might only be getting the observed hands imported and not the hand history files written while you actually play.
Do you have PokerStars configured to save hand history files, and PT4 configured to import from the folder they're written to? Does the Import Status window say that it is reading files when you start to play?

PT4 works great for me most of the time. Tried again later without adjusting anything and my SNG HUD worked .

Looks like the computer reset cleared out any problems and PT4 Hud worked normal.

I found it odd that the few remaining tables left in the stars lobby, and PT4 was saying that observed message on import status. Yet, i didn't get the PT4 popup saying that obserevd hands limit of 30 was reached when i actually do observe tables.

Just thought i would mention this.

The message you are referring to says observed but not imported - the 30 hand limit is on importing only not just observing and throwing up a HUD based on previously imported data.

What i should have done is rebooted my pc on first available break. If any problems appear again that is the first thing I will try.

Any problems I have had are intermitent and hard to recreate.

But when it works 99 % of the time, it does the job.

In any MTT, PT4 will track the last 3 hands from every table. Reason i say that is when i open up and observe any table, PT4 import message instantly auto imports the previous 3 hands with the Hnads obserevd but not imported message. Hud appears correct for all known players.

Would this not cause system to slow down if many tables open or you have not imported properly before you start your session?

If you have unprocessed files in your hand history directory that will always slow down PT4 - unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it until those files are processed.
