database doesnt update after 30.04.08

Thats my problem - the database in PT2 shows only hands that were played before and during 30.04.08 - and when I import more hands it still shows the same amount of players stats so I guess that the whole stats are just not being updated

I already tried that and it's not working, maybe I could show you errors log file (I got plenty of errors while importing hands to db, about 25k) so it could help somehow to solve this problem?

I also have a problem with autorating players - I use 'Default Rules', but it doesnt appear to work - after I click 'Rate Players Now' I receive 'No rules have been defined yet

Are you sure you have players that meet some of the criteria you set up? Are you letting PT change your regional settings?

yes, I tried with both regional settings and nothing changes

Are you using Vista on this computer?? If so, are you running PT using 'run as administrator' as you should be? Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow PT to run every time you start it?

I use XP SP2. Today I imported database from FT and it works just fine - even with autorating and dates are ok - hands after 30/04 are imported correctly and shows in database. Whats more - there were no errors at all while importing hands from FT (earlier I had imported only hands from iPoker and Boss Media)

I dont know whats going but suddenly without my interaction autorating started to work fine, but still the problem with database after 30/04 isnt solved

So what are you saying now?? That no new hands are importing??

Are you sure you are looking at the right player name? If you have played at all these sites your stats will be under different names unless you created aliases.

Open the auto-import window for whatever site you are playing at and click the Enable Logging box.
Start the timer.
Play some hands for 10 minutes then click the View Log link on the auto-import window and copy/paste the text of the log file into a reply.
