From 3.11.11 to 3.12

Will databases be being updated after I install the new 3.12 version (now have 3.11.11)?

I don't believe there are any database changes between those two versions.

Just in case: does the "Database Update" include "Updating Cache"? I've made some new stats and need to update the cache. I wonder, what is preferable to do first: "Updating Cache" or "Database Update"?

Upgrade first - if the database needs to be updated the cache would also so you could end up doing work twice otherwise.
