Please attach that file to a Support Ticket so that we can check it out and see what the problem is.

Manual import hands second time from directory. The majority of hands has already been in db. Why import yet takes more then 20 minutes for only duplicate hands (nothing imported)?...

Bet Flop is the percentage of the time a player makes the first bet on the flop given the opportunity to do so. 2Bet Flop is the percentage of the time a player makes the first raise (ie - the 2Bet) on the flop given the opportunity to do so. Bet Flop (Limp Pot) is like Bet Flop but it is limited to only pots where there were no raises preflop.

To see an explanation of any stat click Configure --> Statistics and find and click on the stat on the left hand side. The area on the Details Page called "Detailed Description" will give you an explanation of what the stat means.

PFR is the percentage of hands that you raised when you had a chance to regardless of what raise or what anybody else had done. Raise First In is the percentage of the time that you raise when you are the first to enter the pot.

I'll make a note to try to get to this soon for you.

Choose the Summary report (on the left hand side) and choose to Group By Starting Hands (Holdem). You'll see different statistics by default on the Results and Statistics pages - take a look at them both.

We need to check each hand in each file to make sure it is a duplicate. Unfortunately this checking takes time, there is no way to do it for free.

As i can see after couple of file pt does 'Adjusting session stakes ...' and 'Updating the cache ...'. And it takes much time. What for if nothing has been imported...

statistics- holdem hand visualizer range. Here at the left i can check for example 'preflop 3bet%', then i see hands for selected hole cards in the grid at the right bottom.
How can i see all hands for 'preflop 3bet' not only for selected hole cards? and also for other 'heat map statistics'...

That is due to the "Automatically Apply Treat As" Setting in the Configure --> Sites & Import Options --> Preferences area. This is the setting that adjusts whether sessions are 6max or not based on table conditions (among other things). If that isn't something that is important to you, or the performance is more important, you can turn that setting off.

If you want to see all hands that match that kind of filter, the best thing will be to go to another report like the Summary Report and use the More Filters section to filter to whichever of those things you want to see.
