FeralAce - Due to the way that security works in Mac OS it is not currently possible to have a HUD on Zoom tables on Mac.

uselink - If the hands are importing then you can ignore that warning - it just means that the hand histories weren't automatically detected. If not, please follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide to set things up correctly.

I'm unable to get the HUD working for some reason, hands are tracking fine and I have the Zoom HUD ticked in the import section but nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

In that case please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file found at C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3, (not in the logs sub-directory), to a Support Ticket prior to restarting PT3.

Is this a temporary thing that's going to be address or are Mac people SOL as far as a Zoom HUD goes?

Mac OS specifically prevents applications interacting in the way that PokerTracker needs to interact with PokerStars in this case, so I do not expect this to change any time soon.

I registered PT only yesterday and used the serial number on both my Macs.

Given this information I'd be better off running PT3 in a Windows virtual machine (or boot camp) instead of natively in OS X. Is it possible to unregister my current machines and re-register them once I've set up a Windows environment?

If you uninstall from one of your Macs you shouldn't have any problems installing and registering in Windows instead.

We haven't tested performance extensively at this point - the only thing I can say is to give it a try. We just released a newer Beta of PT3 - grab it and make sure you're running 3.13.1 (not 3.12 or any lower number) here (scroll down to find it).

Then on the Auto Import tab click PokerStars on the left and PokerStars Configuration on the right. Scroll down and it's the bottom checkbox in that area.

For anybody using Vista: Upgrading to the new Beta that was just released a few moments ago should get Zoom working properly for you.
