PJ - the HUD should work on PLO Zoom tables too. If you haven't already, please send us a log file when you next don't get the HUD, and tell us your ticket number.

Please delete the downloaded file, clear the cookies in your browser, log back into PokerTracker.com and download the file again. It looks like it might be an issue with your browser, not the application.

Ty Steven, this solved the problem.

I can also confirm that the HUD now works for me and zoom (tested @2PLO)

Same problem here.

Win 7 x64 and no HUD.
PT4 imports all hands. Graphs and reports works perfect, but the HUD don't. I sent a ticket with the log files.

Guys is it possible to show the hud in the stars replayer or enable to show the last hands! (Dont know why this dont work for zoom right now)? It is pretty hard to take notes atm while playing

We cannot show the HUD in the Stars replayer unfortunately. You can examine your played hands in the PT4 replayer though - and if you want to find a specific hand from today you can find all of today's hands on the Today's Hands subpage under Play Poker.
