HUD disappears when 7+ HUD groups + random crashes

Just noticed that if I create a HUD Profile with 7 or more HUD groups the HUD disappears. As soon as we drop back down to 6 the hud re-appears (same behavior for the re-player and live poker client)


Random Crash 1
Crash occured when I was editing the font name of a text field assigned to a HUD group. The previous colour was a custom one selected from the pallete. I overtyped "Silver" and pressed enter in the property page and the crash occured. The font of the text was Windings3 - could not replicate

Random Crash 2
pt4 crashed as I was setting a hud group from being relevant to the Hero Only to be relevant for everybody. The crash occured after the selection was done in the drop down box and before any action was taken by the program to apply the change. At the same time a HUD was running in a replayer session and a live PStars Hyper Turbo HUSNG game (Nova theme) as an observer only (used to align the HUD before I play) - could not replicate

Please export your 7-group HUD and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can link you into our system and get you a notification if a fix is needed.

Did PT4 offer to upload crash reports when you restarted after these crashes? Did you do so?
If not, and you see any other crashes please do that, or attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) and any "crash" files in the same folder to a Support Ticket so that we can see what happened.
Crashes which can't be replicated are really hard to track down so we really need the logs.

I am experiencing similar issue with PokerStars Nova Theme playing HUSNG.

My PT3 doesn't crash, but I cannot get the HUD to display - which has been working flawlessly until I changed theme.

The theme shouldn't cause any problem with the HUD. If you switch back to one of the default themes does the HUD work again?

I have been using PT4 playing HUSNG HTs with the Nova theme for a while now. No real problems with the theme.

Did PT4 offer to upload crash reports when you restarted after these crashes? Did you do so?

On two seperate occasions when it crashed it has offered me to describe the issue and send and email out.
After I click the Send button (or whatever its called can't recall atm) it showing a progress bar that run green 100% and and then nothing happens. The box stays up for quite a bit forcing to cancel.

I look out for the logs and raise a tick + the hud group. thanks.

checked the logs; too late. they reset last nights data. Will log tickets next time.
