doesn't happen too often, but it does happen

Its a very rare issue, and it usually happens for just 1 hand before reverting back to the proper seats. It is not something we can easily fix, but we will keep an eye out for a solution.

Actually, no. It's not even close to being very rare, or just rare for that matter. I'd estimate about 20-30% of the time, the HUD shows different players, or there's one player whose stats are missing and the rest of the players' huds are on the wrong player. It's at the point where I'm not even going to bother playing and wait for HEM 2 to get their hud out b/c what's the point of playing a fast paced game if every hand you have to double check that the hud stats belong to the correct players?

I just played 100 hands of 9max and there wasn't a single mistake. What operating system are you running and which game are you playing?

We've released a new beta for PT4. Can you try 4.01.13 and let me know if that works better for you?

Please compress the hand history file(s) for the session and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

You must close Stars before you install new versions of PokerTracker.

I can't seem to get the hud working for zoom poker at all.
Yes i've ticked the box for zoom poker, and I have no issues getting a hud to work for tables that are not zoom.
I have the latest beta version. Is there anything else I may have/not have done?

We've seen issues with security software. Make sure you have exceptions set for both PokerTracker4.exe and PokerStars.exe. Also if you have Comodo firewall installed you'll need to uninstall it.
