We've released a new beta for PT4. Can you try 4.01.13 and let me know if that works better for you?

I feel stupid now but how do I get the new beta? When I click the link that appears when opening PT4 I'm redirected to https://www.pokertracker.com/products/ which only tells me about PT3. Can you please share a direct link to the .exe? Thanks

Hey guys

I downloaded the newest beta today (4.01.13beta) to test Zoom, and I'm not getting the stats correctly. I'm getting my HERO stats on the bot right where I'm sitting (seat 3 of 6), and my stats (marked as an opponent, not as HERO) on seat 5. Is it possible to roll back a version of PT4? In my brief experience with PT4 4.01.12 i think it was working correctly.

it seems to have made things a bit better perhaps, but the issue still occurs somewhat frequently. happened at least 5 times in my 1000 hand session this morning, and that's only when I noticed it because I wasn't quickfolding

Is there any way to disable hero in the HUD? thanks.

cassini_jp - please make sure you have configured your preferred seating the same in PT4 as in PokerStars, or disabled it in both.

Anyone still having problems with missing hands or seeing incorrect players/stats please open a Support Ticket and attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) and if you can attach a screenshot or tell us a hand where you saw the error that would really help.
We need to investigate the problem, but we're not seeing this ourselves and rare issues are hard to track down.

messias - you can set any HUD group to be 'show on table for everyone but hero" in the HUD Profile Editor.

Hi,
I have PT4 on laptop, logged as domain user with admin right, running PT4 and PStars as local administrator... Hands are importing, no HUD shown. Non-zoom tables have HUD. In "View Active Tables" tab, I have zoom tables, but Hud Profile is missing for them (cell is empty). "Enable Zoom HUD" in config is ticked.
