Getting started,,, help please!

Hi,

Can somene please help me I have just paid for the full poker tracker package and when I go to load it up it pops up with a configure postgreSQL server box asking to connect, but when I press connect it says unable to connect to this database please check the configuration. I have no idea what I'm suppose to do, I think I have tried to download postgreSQl but is asking me for a password and wont complete the download until I have the password.

Please help me

Try the password postgrespass and see if that works better for you.

Installing this has been such a difficult experience,, I have been back and forth with the support for 3 days since i bought the software...

It is a horrifically stupid and frustrating time. And i think they need to sort out an better way for everyone....

I have replied to your other thread - in most cases PT3 installation and set up is completely straightforward. I suspect that you have a previous installation of PostgreSQL - please answer in your other thread and we'll be able to work out how to get things working for you.
