Problem with Lifetimestats on PT4

I have a problem with the number of hands(lifetime stats) on pokertracker4. i know i got more hands from some opponents ... This is confirmed by pt3 and table scan turbo. I've tried to switch the hud to lifetimestats but he does not handle the number that i got on pt3. what i am doing wrong? did i overlook an important setting? please help. here is a little screenshot .. sry for the bad paintskillz:-D....the pt3 hud shows 142 hands and pt4-30 hands....plss help...i got a real big pt3 database and dont want to miss this hands on pt4. i used a pt4 database but i import all sessions intro it

Are you sure that all of the hands are in PT4? If you look at that player in the reports do you see the right number of stats?

Check the HUD options (Hud > Edit Hud Options > General Settings) - things like 'stats from current ...' or 'number of players filtered' can affect the hands used for stats.

jep im pretty sure that i got all hand in the pt4...you can see that on this screenshot1(Stats from opponent Fair&square) but you can see, it doesn´t shows it on the pt4 hud!!!the pt3 hud workes fine
....i also disabled all Filters in the general settings of the hud. but nothing workes(screenshot2)!!! what can i do?? i mean that is a masterproblem if i cant get the number of hands that i collect on pt3

Please try rebuilding your cache in PT4 - it is possible that somehow the cache became corrupted (a crash while importing for example could cause that result). You can find the rebuild option in Database --> Database Management.

ok i try it out^^..i cheked out the report section (not the statistic sectionwhere i find the full hands)....on this, it shows me the 117 hand that i got on the hud...im realy confused about that



i hopfully come back with a positiv result
