Hi,

i experienced some missing winnings/losses on Zoom tables from time to time.
Seems PT4.01.13 stops counting winnings sometimes until i end a session. The graph is horizontal then in any views for the rest of a session.

Update:
I found out, that "My Currency Conversion Rate" is set to 0.00 for the affected sessions.
I'm using EUR as my currency btw.

This is a known issue we are working to fix. In the meantime you can tell PT4 to re-set those rates by clicking Database --> Currency, highlighting the affected session and getting the rates for them again.

i still cant get hud working for zoom. I updated my postgres to the latest 8.3.x version (8.3.18 , changed to make sure clear type was on, made sure both Stars and PT4 are default 'run as administrator'. I also Followed the troubleshooter in HUD options changed the hands to 0. The hands are importing as I can see them in the PT4 import, but the HUD does not display, what can I do? thanks

Please make sure you have the "Enable Zoom HUD" box checked in the Configure --> Sites & Import Options --> PokerStars area (it's at the very bottom) - if that's not checked, the Zoom HUD will not display.

What anti-virus/firewall software are you using?

Comodo is know to block Zoom HUD. If adding an exception for PokerTracker4.exe and PokerStars.exe doesn't work, the only known fix is to uninstall it.
