problem with postgresql

I am trying to inputt the pass into postgresql to download and use poker tracker, but the error i get is:

the password specificed was incorrect. please enter the correct password for the postgres window user account. I do not recall creating a previous account

How can i fix this?

Try the password 'postgrespass' and see if that works?

Still dosent work, same error message, maybe I have previous verisions on my comp i dont know of?

If you don't use PostgreSQL for anything else try following the uninstall/reinstall guide in the documentation - that should get things working for you.
