No tournament results on ongame

Hi there,

I switched to PT from HM and I have a problem with the tournament results on ongame.
PT imports all hands, but it shows every sng lost. So it does not import the tournament result.
On Holdem manager this works fine.
How can I fix this problem?

I use version 3.13.2 beta.

ok, I read the tournaments FAQ and all I found was that I have to enter the results manual?
Is that right?

I've been told we should be detecting this result information. What kinds of tournaments are you looking at?

Also: If you would be willing to provide us with a few tournament files (sent via our support system) that would be a big help.

I play heads up sngs on europoker.
What files exactly do you need and where can I find them?
The information has to be in the file that europoker saves on my hard disk, because it works fine with holdem manager.
Im using the trial now, it would be nice if this works with pt, since I am considering changing to pt.

That's the information we need - the text hand history files that OnGame saves on your machine. You can find the ones that PokerTracker has processed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed folder.
