4.01.15 BETA Zoom HUD working, stats on the wrong position

Please reset your preferred seating in PokerStars for 6 handed tables to seat 3. It appears this value can be lost in the upgrade and cause the behavior you are describing.

The same for whom play FR tables? (my case)
But, in this case, to seat 5 right?

Yes, it's seat 5 for full ring.

moderators please stop saying its something in the 6max preffered seats because me and all the FR people using PT4 are having the same problem of the HUD on the wrong positions. many people are asking for help on this forum, only thing i see is some ctrl c/ctrl v message about changing preffered seats for 6max. we dont play 6max, same problems

Already did that, same problem. This is on FULLRING tables.

HUD worked fine before the update. My pref seat wasn't changed by the Stars update. Went ahead and changed deleted the seating in the client and clicked seat 3 again (3rd clockwise starting from the chip stack in the picture). Seat 3 was also still set in PT4, stats are still off by one position.

A litte update: The positions are totally off every time I open a new Zoom table. In 1 out of 10 tries I will end of the HUD showing in the right position, in the other cases the stats are one to three positions away from the right player.

It's 3 for 6max, 5 for full ring. We are aware that there are still problems, but that may help it be correct a little more often.

Regardless, we are working on a complete fix and will have it available as soon as possible.

It's pretty much unsable right now on FR zoom.

It seems that we're not getting full player information for some hands - we're only seeing this very occasionally ourselves, but it sounds like it is affecting some people more than others. The development team are investigating now - we apologize for the inconvenience, but it isn't yet clear why we're not getting all the data in all cases.
