HUD not working for Zoom

Please confirm that it says v3.13.4 in the title bar of PT3, and note that you also need to restart PokerStars for the update to take effect.
The development team are still looking into this to see if there are still a few rare cases where data is missed, but I haven't seen any errors personally yet (although I haven't played as many hands as you guys no-doubt have).

worked fine for a few thousand hands today, then for second session things where worse than with .3

same problem as before stats showing wrong ppl, or not showing at all

The we're testing a potential fix for the occasionally missed players, but I'm not yet sure when it will be ready for release. I don't expect it to be too long, but it depends on successful testing of course.

think i found what was causing the problem for me, if I started playing before the auto imported had started it seemed to have trouble catching up.
so am starting importer nice and early, and making sure it is not backed up with any tourney summerys or hands from prev session, before i start new zoom hands. going good so far

That's good to hear - since the hands come so fast you should definitely start the import (and let it catch up any existing hands) before you start playing.

Hey,

Been having a bit of trouble with my HUD lately, the hud only seems to show up some of the time (around 50% if I had to guess), and then when it does the pop up stats are sometimes not the correct player. I can often solve this by waiting a few to 5 seconds and the pop up will update to the proper player

Is this normal, due to the hands coming in so fast and the hud has not yet caught up?

I also find that my hud will altogether disappear on my regular tables as well as my zoom tables during a long session of zoom mixed with standard tables.

Is it better to fold hands at a slower rate so that the hud can catch up every hand?

There was a bit of a delay with the update I'm afraid, but it is coming.
