pt3 hud not working

somehow my stars crashed causing me to have to re download and re do all my settings in game like position etc. around the same time i updated to v3.13.4

ever since i can no longer get a hud in anytype of game on pokerstars, im not sure which event caused the problem but id anyone has any ideas to fix please help me out thanks!

Please make certain you have PokerStars set to save hand histories (via Options --> Instant Hand History Options) and that PT3 has the directory where they are saved set on the PokerStars Configuration tab - the lack of one of those is likely your culprit here.
