Duplicated Hands in Hands Bought

Hi guys, i have two daily suscriptions in datamine webs. As its normal, some of the hands are duplicated, my question is the next:

When i import "duplicated hands" i know that my cache status reduces (if you import 100K duplicated hands and non new, the cache status reduces), so, are these duplicates hands inside in my database two times? Do they occupate disk space both of them? Can i delete one of them?

Hands which are reported as duplicates are not imported the second time.

And why do they affect my cache status?

If they are all duplicates they shouldn't be - only if actual hands are imported will the cache status diminish.
