J'installe PostgreSQL pendant le chargement un cadre apparait.
Error

or it will be automatically removed.

It should work fine with XP Home - what firewall/anti-virus are you using? Depending on how you have those configured they could cause this error.
Please check our Firewall Guide to make sure you have your security software set up correctly if you have any of the listed applications.
