Results Tab & Statistics Tabs showing different Data

Hi,

If I click on the Results tab it shows that I have played 34,328 hands and shows the correct amount of winnings.

If I click on the statistics tab, its only showing 21,979 hands with less winnings obvioulsy. I dont have any filters set and I have also tried restarting PT4 but its still the same.

I have the latest version of PT4. Any Ideas?

What site are these hands for?
Were they imported from original hand histories or converted from a PT3 or HM database?

Poker Stars, most of them were from a PT3 DB, and the rest have been since I moved from PT3 to PT4 (about a week). Iused to setupin PT4 to import the PT3 DB.

Now the stats page is showing 26,676 and the resuls page 35,496

ok now the lower boxes are both showing the same values, but the overview box top left is showing different data

Please export your hands from PT3 and compress them.
Compress the new hand history files too (from the Processed folder under File > Open User Data Folder).
Attach them all to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can experiment and see what is wrong.

Theres over 1 million hands!!

So the resuls tab overwiew and main data box is correct, all hands winnings etc.

Under statistics, the overwiew box is incorecct but the main data box is correct. If I double click any month under statistics, then the overwiew box will show the correct amount of hands for that month and winnings etc.

When I then click back to show data for all months, the overwiew is again incorrect, showing less hands and winnings

I have now worked out that when having no filter set in the statistics tab, its only showing hands played since the 5th April 2012.

As before, when entering any month, the overview will be correct. Its only incorrect when no filters are set

Ah, I was working on you saying you had 35k hands..

Try purging one of your sessions (make sure you have the hand history file for the session so that you can re-ipmort it later, then use Database > Purge Hands) as that will force a cache update, and see if that corrects the results.

If not, please restart PT4 and view a report where you see the wrong data. Attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of what you see.

What do you mean by view a report? Will clicking the stats tab not be enough to show in the log file?
