getting error on microgaming

Every session i start i get this error the first 40 hands then its goes well and some hands miss every single 40 hands in between what do i need to do too get this fixed?!?

On the Auto Import tab, click Microgaming on the left then Microgaming Configuration on the right and then click the Clear Databases Now button - that should fix things for you.

btw do i need to do this everytime before session or just this once or when it happens ?

It helps to do it after you finish importing every session, but if you don't do it every time it shouldn't cause problems, it just might slow things down slightly.
