My stated results dont add up with my cashier.

Hi! Im playing 5max omaha on SVS that uses BOSS software. Ive used PT4 to track my result for about two weeks. Today when i was to cash out i realised my results dont match my account balance at all. PT4 reports me being up way more than my account stated. I dont know why or what, but it must calculate something wrong somewhere. If i check my record on SVS for todays short session it says i won 79kr, but pokertracker reports me being up 91kr. As i play low stakes there is no way a few missed hands would account for the discrepancy, wich is somewhere around 20-30% over 5000 hands. My default currency is sek, the same as i play in. So my C Won and Game Currency Won is the same. Also the BB/Won matches.

Any idea on where to start troubleshooting?

Other than being a bit bummed about me not crushing like i thought i like PT4 alot =)

Did you get any import errors?
Are you sure that all of your hands were saved? If you played any hands before you started using PT4 they may not be recorded.
Did you leave the table windows open until the final hand completed? If you close the table window as soon as you fold the hand history will not be written, so any money you bet before folding will not be recorded.
Are you playing cash or tournaments?

I've only glanced the import window a few times, but never noticed any errors. Is there any way i can go back and check it now?
I played a few days before getting PT, lost 500kr, redeposited 25000 and started to use PT. Since then i should be up about 3500kr but my cashier is at 27000.
I might have closed a few windows before last hands was over, most def. But it's still a to large discrepancy imo.
I play no tournaments, and only low stakes omaha, nothing else. And i dont play drunk =)

I will keep a record of my account before and after each session this week to see if i can narrow it down somewhat. I will also wait til all hands are played out and check the import window more closely. Hopefully it's just me having missed something, but im pretty sure i haven't played without a HUD since i got PT4. Feel kinda naked then =) I know PT died on me one time, so i had to restart it, but it quicly got all the hands it missed when it got back up again.

Thought about it during the day and since it's deep stacked plo, either 200 or 400BB buyin it just takes a few missed hands to get to that amount. I might have instaquitted after a few big losing hands and missed the hand that way? Just speculating though. But i will keep track of it manually and compare to see if it persists.

It's possible that your connection to our currency server had a glitch - try going into the Database --> Currency window, highlighting the sessions and clicking Set Rates again - that might fix things if you got invalid rates somehow.

Ok, first session today. Played 152 hands with no import errors according to PT. Stats says im up 361.96 SEK. However in the SVS client im only up 325.82.

Ok, then please attach that file of all 152 hands to a support ticket and we'll investigate this for you further.
