Recent Hands Not showing without specific filter

Hands importing fine, but for some reason my recent hands are not showing up in my statistics, unless i choose the specific date... When i have no filters: the recent hands (14th and 13th of may) do not show up in the hands played, or the sessions tab. But if i filter for the 14th or for the 13th they do show up (obviously at the exclusion of the entire rest of my database). I have done all the housekeeping options overnight - it took 14 hours - and it is still coming up with the same issue. What gives?

That is very odd. Could you please send a screenshot of this issue to us via our support system? We will be able to investigate more effectively for you then.

I have sent a few screen shots of the problem, I have also ran every housekeeping thing again, to no avail.

Would uninstalling and re-installing pt3 help?

Just found something weird... there are two instances of my screen name in the player list for the same site... one of them seems to have my recent hands and the other one my entire history.. weird

That definitely shouldn't happen - could you send us one of your older hand histories and one of your newer hand histories via a support ticket so that we can investigate further for you? That would help us figure out what caused that behavior. In the meantime you might be able to alias your screen names together to show all of your data combined.
