What is the name of the PokerStars executable file that you added to TableTracker configuration?
Is it PokerStars.exe, or does the .EU version have a different exe?
Do you get an error when you try to launch Stars?

And does that path and filename exactly match the real executable file?

I changed the file and it still dont work ( as well as taken away the filters)

Can I just check - you didn't use the if1.enc file from this thread, did you?
This is now quite old and PokerStars have updated their software again since this file was released so that won't work.
If you re-run the installer for v3.13.5 it will update the file to the latest version, which should be working. (Check the date of the file before and after the install to make sure it is updated, or already new.)

If you still can't launch PokerStars via TT please enable logging and restart PT3, and try site launch again.
Take a screenshot of any error message you get and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the PokerTracker.log file so that we can see what is going on.
