lifetime stats not working

Is it possible the tables you were testing at were Pot Limit rather than No Limit? Those will not be combined with the settings as you have them set up.

Something is definitely not right here - please restart PT4, reproduce this problem on the replayer and send us the PokerTracker4.log file - you can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that's in the directory that appears.

ok, now it's working again lol. still want the log file? i was thinking of re-installing PT4 to see if it fixes the lifetime stats display. Can I just reinstall over existing copy or do I have to backup/export the database first?

Hi. I have the same problem. It tried many things. Now it seems ok, when i type '1000' as number of hands in "stats from the last hands" field. But when is '0' there it should be lifetime stats view, but in hud are only session stats...

You replaced 0 with 1000 in "stats from the last hands" field and it works?

yes it works like before update. i have no over 1000 hands for neither player so it's ok right now. But If i change it for '0' it's like before, not all hands like it should be. it' s temporary solution, i hope it will be fixed in next update
