Only Zoom hud not working but it was during free trial

hi there, i just bought the micro stakes version of pt3 and i was hopeing to play some zoom, as i had played it many times before with the pt3 hud during my trial with no errors. but when i tried it yesterday the thing didnt even pop up, but it did on the regular nl5 tables. could you please tell me what the problem might be? i havent changed any of my pt3 settings since i registered the program. i havent changed anything on my computer.
