Then install PostgreSQL from this link, and after it completes start up PT4 and use the password you put in when doing the installation.

Please make sure you remember this password as we won't be able to recover it if you forget it. Our default is 'dbpass' - feel free to use that if you're worried you may forget it.

which version should I downlaod? Because then I click on link nothing happens. Thanks

When you click on that link it should take you to another page, but the download should also start automatically - leave it a few seconds and look out for another window asking you to save the file.
