PT4 hands import & HUD display

Hi, I have just downloaded PT4 beta,
I have followed the assistant setup guide and configured the poker star site,
I have also converted all PT3 hands and now I can see all hands in the new PT4 stats.

1st problem : While I play the hands are not being loaded
2nd problem : the HUD does not come up.

I think I have followed all the steps, but something is going wrong

Do you have PokerStars set to play and save hand histories in English?

Click Configure --> Sites & Import Options and on the Site Configuration page click on PokerStars on the left. Look at the Hand History directory listed there. Does it match the directory in PokerStars you find in the Options --> Instant Hand History Options ... window? Is "Save My Hands History" checked in PokerStars?

yes every thing is as you described.
I have notices 2 things, one that in the "Site and Import options" for poker stars there is a message : Poker Stars is not configured to save hand history to disk.
So I had to choose the folder that is on my desktop manually. Hands are being saved in that folder, I can also validate that by running the setup assistent, and doing a site configuration there,
during the set up it loads all the previous hands, this is the only way to update my stats.

If you're playing at one of the country-specific PokerStars.Eu sites then the hand history folder may not be detected automatically, but if you configure it manually that doesn't matter.

Try changing the folder the hands are being saved to so that it isn't on the Desktop - that can cause problems. Use a folder in 'My Documents' or directly under C:\ and see if that works better? Be sure to change this in both PokerStars and PT4.

Hi, I changed the folder, now the HUD comes up.
but we are not out in the clear just yet.
The hands on the HUD do go up, but not every player does have stats attached, even my are not showing up,
in an example I played, out of 9 players only 6 were visible, and all 9 players were playing for a while.

The second issue I still have, when I go to the PT4 tool, and hit refresh, the stats do no refresh
even if at the bottom of the screen there is an icon saying that hands are being picked up directly from the site.

Are you playing Zoom? If so this may be a result of simply not having data on all players. We do not display anything if we don't have data on the player in question.

Which report are you looking at in the main PT4 window?

Hi, no I play standard cash games, I am on it now, and all stats are displaying except mine, 8 out of 9 are there.
For the second question, I am in view stats tab and results tab, if I hit refresh the number of hands for June does not change
but at the bottom right is saying that there are 48 hands and the number goes up with every hand.

Do you have any filters set in the More Filters area? Also, is there anything special about the players whose data is not displaying (e.g. a fancy character in their screen names or some such).
