Ipoker preferred seat

Hello!
I have problem with PT3(3.12.1.) in iPoker network about preferred seat. Yes, I read guide and use auto center in both poker room and PT.
Like other in forum here said some HUD are not taking right place. For example, I am playing in full ring 5th seat. My and almost ever 4th and 6th seats HUD is showing right. But other seat HUD ~70% is not showing in right place. Sometime 2 HUDs are one on another, sometime just one seat to left or right.
I have bought PT for my money, so I want that programm is running well and showing information and right places.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you. If you could include a screenshot of the table showing the HUD in front of the wrong players that would help also.

In this situation 5-9 player have right HUD, alsos 1st, but on 1st HUD there is 2nd HUD too... So, under 2nd,3rd,4th payer there are wrong HUD.
Sometime these wrong players are 8,9,1,2,3 and double HUD under 9th player.

You should never see a double Hud of course - that can happen if your graphics drivers are out of date so please check that.

For the positioning please follow Kraada's directions to report your problem - without logs and hand histories to go with your screenshot we can't see what is wrong with your setup.
