Restore error

Postby pat3392 » Thu Jun 14, 2012 6:20 am

I formatted my computer and trying to restore my PT3 database, but am having difficulties. I installed HM2 first, which installed

It first of says, "Estimated space eeded is greater than free space on postgreSQK data volume. Do you want to continue?

Later it says, "Databases were archived in PostgreSQL version 8.3.9(WIN). PostgreSQL version currently installed is an older version and may not fully support the archived database.

Are you sure you want to restore databases?"

The thing is, I have PostgreSQL version 8.4 installed.

Forgot to add; I ignore the error, and during the restoration process it randomly cancels it's task.

Please start PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, attempt the restore again and continue through both of those errors. After it ceases, please report this problem - your log files will help us considerably in figuring out what is going wrong here.
