Where is the 'allow vector scaling' located at?

Hello, I'm using the OS x 3.13.7 BETA version and cannot find the 'allow vector scaling' anywhere. I've searched everywhere and everyone says, Hud/Hud Options/General Settings/Allow Vector Scaling but I can't find that anywhere!

What am I doing wrong? I thought I saw it once but now it's disappeared.

That is a PT4 feature - it is not available in PT3.

PT4 for Windows is currently in Public Beta but isn't yet available as a native Mac version - this is planned for a few months after the commercial release.
