Note tracker not taking new manual notes

I noticed a problem in 4.01.21, Whenever I want to add a new manual note, when there are some previous manual notes, the note is lost. When there are no provious manual notes, it gets saved, but if I try to add another one, it doesnt save again.

I can't reproduce that - you are clicking "Save", aren't you?

of course, I even checked it few times, as this was my first obvious thought.

Is there anything special about the opponent names in question? Does this happen even when you're using the replayer?

I haven't tried it in the replayer, I usually nake notes fresh while I play. I will look into it and let you know.

I don't really understand your queestion about opponents' names. I am sorry but english is not my everyday language.

Once more I will explain my problem:

When I make a note when there are no previous manual notes on an opponent, Note tracker saves the note.

However, when I make a note when there was previous manual note, I click save, but the note is lost, it doesn't save.

I understand the behavior you are describing, but nobody else has been reporting problems like this so I wanted to find out a little bit more about your situation so that we can try and see if we can reproduce the problem. What site are you playing at when you take these notes?

I play ongame 6-max tables.

We just tested internally on those same types of tables and are not able to reproduce this problem ourselves. Could you please create a support ticket for us and let us know when you are available so that we can schedule a remote assistance session for you? I think that will be the best way to proceed and figure out what needs to happen to get things working for you properly.

I just checked and I can save notes in the replayer.

Also, if I run PT4 as administrator, it saves the notes during play. So problem is solved.
