Beta Version 11

Beta 11 did not fix the disappearing HUD problem for me either. Individual players will disappear randomly and the problem gets worse the longer I play. After an hour or so only half the players will be showing stats. I normally play 4 tables on FT.

Is it safe to just install Beta Version 11 over Beta Version 10 or do I need to export my files, delete Version 10, install Version 11, and then reimport the files?

Yea, just install right over the old one.

P.S. I just decided to install PT3 when Version 10 included the HUD and I was surprised how much faster it updated things better than PT2 with the PA Hud. Of course, I had my old databases in the old access format and not postgres and converted all of those to postgres. That could have some effect but I definitely like PT3. Good work, guys!

You can safely install Beta 11 over Beta 10. I'm glad you like PT3. We're doing our best to live up to and possibly surpass the level of quality PT2 set years ago.

I'm still working on the disappearing stats problem. Hopefully it will be fixed shortly.

Hi, I play HeadsUp SNG and i used Attempt to Steal to know the SB PFR, with the beta 11, this don't work, it stay to "0". I also used Fold BB to steal and now it also stay to "0".

I've a problem with Hud . I play on titan poker , on ipoker network. When I open 4-5 or more table, the statistics of my opponent do not appear in all table that i'm playing. The statistics appear only in 1, or 2 table. Other times statistics appear in all the tables , 4 or more table. What is the problem?

Reproduce the problem and attach the PokerTracker.log file along with a screenshot of the tournament table to a support ticket. Be sure to give a description of your problem.

Started playng multiple cash table on Betmost yesterday and when the stats appeared I soon noticed that the stats for one of my TURBO 6man tables was appearing on a diffent TURBO 6man table. This included the configuration (menu) button and the mucked cards being shown on the wrong table. I decided to go 'statless' for the rest of th session. When I restarted my PC today PT3 takes a long time to start and then shows the message that the database is an old version and some reports may not work properly. Then when PT3 opens none of the database stats are displayed, just a partially readable error message is displayed in the player name list, something about unable to connect to database.

As a result I am unable to use PT3 and cannot send in the info you asked for above yet.

Note: I just noticed that my PostgresSQL windows service is not starting and windows cannot start it. I suspect my PostgresSQL installation may have become corrupted so will re-install it and hopefully get back to you soon.

I believe that this bug is fixed for the next beta.

Have just downloaded new version and created new database and stats only appear for players i have previous hands for and not new players as i import new hands. Is this a glitch or have is there settings i need to play with?
Help appreciated.

These are known issues and will be fixed.

Make sure you have the Hud configured to read from the database you just created and auto-import configured to import into it.
