I wouldn't expect that to be the case, but I'll do some experimenting when I have some time.
Did you actually use (or even look at) the Community tab?
Are you updated to the latest version of IE?

You can't post images directly on this forum, you'll need to host them elsewhere (although once hosted you can include them in your posts using the "img" tag/button above the post editor.

This thread has got a little messy now so I'm not sure exactly what you're reporting.
If there are a lot of HH files already there when you start 'get hands while playing' it will take a little time to read them because the auto import isn't designed to handle bulk imports.
Is that a separate issue to the IE problem you're talking about? (I haven't had chance to check that out yet)
Can you please open a Support Ticket and spell out exactly what problems/behaviour you're seeing and attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) along with your screenshots so that we can see what is happening.
Thanks.

Does PT4 automatically process all the HH and summaries before you exit the program? That is what I was mentioning before that causes your system to basically die because PT4 is processing all the files (which can be alot if previous tourneys had thousands of players).

If PT4 does not automatically process all those files before you exit it, then it's not a support question.

HH files are only read when you run the import. When you stop the import the files which have been read should be moved to the Processed folder (as long as you have the Move Processed Files To option enabled).

I have that checked and my images clearly show that PT4 had imported the HH and summaries hours later (twice?). I see this as a potential problem with MTT players and grinders.

If they have had a large volume of games peviously played, and for no reason PT4 had not moved the processed files over and are re-imported again, it would halt their poker client during the import. This may even be causing other related problems for players that think it's something else?

Just My 2 cents worth.

I didn't have the log enabled and only thing I have is those images.
