new note on NoteTracker

I have processed all my hands, but today I created a new auto note.
But this note is not used because all my hands have been processed.
Is there an another way to process this note instead of "purge all notes" and then run auto notes again?

No, that's what you need to do - the notes will be recreated in the background and won't interfere with your use of PT4. It shouldn't take too long to recreate the notes, although this is dependent on the size of your database of course.

If we purge notes does personal (manual notes) will be also purged ?

No, the purge button on the NoteTracker window is just for notes taken by NoteTracker.
