Generate notes for past HHs

If I understood correctly the notetracker will work in the background collecting notes on all past HHs.
However a friend is complaining he can't see the notes on players he has played in the past.
How do we run the notetracker on all HHs in the database?

Check that the 'do not generate notes for hands before' date is not set too recent or you won't see notes for older hands. (On the Status tab)
If that doesn't help then purge all notes (again on the Status tab) and that will force notes to be recreated for all hands.
