Sessions not displaying correctly

Postby Vingers » Thu Jul 12, 2012 12:36 pm

When in the sessions tab in Texas Holden and sorted by Time, the limits and time I play are incorrect?

It only has me playing two limits when I have played more and my sessions times aren't accurate. I am in the UK and appreciate the sessions times will be US but they still don't match up?

Thanks

What site and stakes were these hands played at?

Pokerstars and I've played .25/50, 50/1, 1/2 and 2/4 and it only displays 25/50 and 2/4.

Strangley though it displays other stake sessions as 2/4??

Could you please attach the hand histories from the .50/1 and 1/2 sessions that are not displaying properly to a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you?

You know, it's also possible you have a filter enabled - try clicking Clear at the top right and see if they show up then.

If they don't, go to the Auto Import -> Preferences tab. In there is the location of the Processed folder.

Go to the Processed folder in Windows and attach the hand history files labeled for .5/1 and 1/2 tables to a ticket at the link I gave you and we'll look into it.

Tried to clear and that doesn't work.

Tried the second option and don't know what you want me to do? I am on a Mac if that makes a difference as you talk about Windows?

No, it'll just give you a different folder - by default they're in ~/Documents/PokerTracker/Processed on the Mac.

Kraada was telling you where to find the hand history files on your Mac so that you can send them to us to see why they're not importing correctly.
Open the Processed folder in Finder (if you can't find it, check the 'Move Processed Files To' setting in the Auto Import tab in PT3 so that you can see where the Processed folder is configured to be) and compress a few of the .50/1 and 1/2 hand history files.
Open a Support Ticket and attach the hand histories along with a screenshot of what you see in PT3.
