HUD stats DO not refresh

We didn`t have the live xxx stats,and i thought the problem was my opp`s stats didn`t refresh, but mine was still good.
So after a couple hands you would find you played 30 hands , the others on the table were all 1 hand, i had to use reset to let it work.
This problem took place in pokerstars,and i lost approx 3 buyin on NL10,HELP ME,GUYS, do somethings...

Please export your profile and attach it to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can investigate.

In the meantime, if you use one of the built-in profiles does everything work properly?

I used postsql8.4.1 ,would it be a problem?

8.4.1 is very old and will definitely cause problems (although it's hard to say exactly what).

Please update to the latest 8.4 version which is currently 8.4.12.
The Directions here refer to 8.3 but the process is basically the same.
