Errors on Import of Hands

Postby jhmu » Fri May 09, 2008 12:22 pm

I am getting an error on importing hands form PokerStars, as of today. The error display says that no flop, or turn or river was present for hand # xxxx.

I looked at the hand history and therrors are correct. Any Ideas what is going on on Pokerstars? Anyone else reporting this problem. Thank you.

The error is related to the PS software update. PT is looking for the next street after action folds. PS HH now include a line that says "Uncalled bet ($2) returned to (player x)". This is probably what's causing the issue. I went through my HH file, and removed this line. Once I clicked Force Import, my hands came in correctly, despite still showing errors in the Error Messages dialogue. This obviously doesn't fix the problem, but that's the cause.

Thank you all for your replies. It's nice to know I have'nt gone crazy. I hope PT can find a fix for this problem in a reasonable period of time.

I doubt it - any hands that were imported prior to the update should still be ok.
