WTSD Too high?

I'm new to poker tracker 3 and I maybe looking at these stats wrong, but I cant figure it out.

In the general column it shows my WTSD at 31 but my VPIP is 25?? Does 31 mean WTSD after seeing the flop? If so how do I make it show overall WTSD.

Went to Showdown is (showdowns seen / flops seen). Hands where you don't see the flop has no affect on this stat.

You would have to make a custom statistic to show this. Have a look at the documentation for custom statistics and custom reports.
