Bump,

Im having this same problem with Revolution Network (Lock)

The way to explain it is like the manual notepad for the site is stuck in "Read-Only" when you push save after typing something new in the box it doesnt get saved, only if its empty, you cant edit manual notes

Interestingly, I play on both Merge and Revolution and the notepad for Merge works fine, not sure what to make of it all, a fix would be awesome :) Im already on Administrator so Im not sure how Mincstr fixed the issue, running 4.02v

You can't edit the text in the NoteTracker portion of the note box, only the top pane - if you write a new note there (say in the Replayer), does it save for you?

yeah it saves, but once i save it i cant edit it.

for example i put note into top portion, that note saves --- from then on that note is permanently there i cannot write new notes or delete that note, it functions like a "read only" file

That definitely should not be happening.

Please restart PT4 with the Logging Enabled link and open up a replayer. Find someone without a note and write and save a note on them. Then open up the note editor again, attempt to edit the note and save it again.

Then send us your log file via our support system and we'll investigate what could be going on here for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window; the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
