Please help me with slow popups

Hi,

Have been using PT4 for about a month and all was running well, popups were populating instantly both live and in the replayer.

About a week ago the popups started taking several seconds or more to populate whilst multitabling. I have changed some stats in the default tools popup (eg added a few and taken away some and also created a couple of my own popups.) I have a large databse approx 5mill hands and some players have 100K hands plus samples. Any idea why this has started happening ? Let me know if you need any files sent over.

Can you tell me a bit more about the custom stats you've added? Custom stats can take longer to populate though the rest of the popup with built in stats should populate while the custom stats are getting their data.

Hi, i haven't added any custom stats just swapped some of the built in stats around. ( i have created a couple of position specific popups are these considered custom stats ?)

No, using the Position property doesn't count as a custom stat.
That's odd if you're only using built-in stats.
Please restart PT4 and play a few hands at a single table using that profile, then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread. Please also export your profile and attach that as well.

Please post your ticket number here - we're a little behind with ticket replies in some cases because of the additional support requests generated by the commercial release but we're getting through them as quickly as we can.

I have a similar problem. Can the problem be solved quickly, if considered together.

We've found that all Trial users with 4.02 were having problems where the cache was not used.

This is fixed in 4.02.1 and we recommend that all trial users upgrade immediately - you should see a sudden and significant performance boost.
