Please note these directions when installing:

kraada wrote:You need to be using our latest Beta version and you must ctrl+click (or right click) the installer and click Open. Other than that once it's installed everything should be business as usual.

What happens after you ctrl+click the installer and click open?

I get some warning message that the program is from an "unknown developer". I've attached an image of it in this thread, it's in Danish though.

Same problem for me in France just after the OS X Moutain Lion installation !! :|
I tried to install the 3.13.8 BETA but the problem is still there..

You must bypass Gatekeeper initially when installing and running PokerTracker 3, this is a side effect of using Mountain Lion, the issue is caused by the OS and will change the way you interact with all apps that are not signed by the developer. Please see this guide for an explaination: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT3 ... ion-update

PS: we intend to start signing our installer once approved by Apple.

No it won't. I have written that 3 times already. And you haven't answered my support ticket yet. I play on PokerStars Denmark, but that shouldn't make a difference, or what?

That shouldn't make any difference. What happens after you click open? What is your ticket number?

My support ticket is 124363.

After I click "open", there's a new message that says something like "If you want to open "Pokertracker 3 Installer you have to shut down the installationprogram and open it again". Then I click "Ok", and then the installer reopens, and then I install the program.

Ok, please try running things in this order and let me know if that gets things installed successfully for you - then we'll worry about your HUD issue.

(1) Drag PT3 from your Applications folder to the Trash.
(2) Empty the Trash.
(3) Open Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility. Click on your Startup Disk on the left. Click in the First Aid Tab and click Repair Disk Permissions.
(4) After Repair completes, restart your machine.
(5) Reinstall using the PT3 installer. It should install without problems after you ctrl+click and click OK and Open to install.
