Please help me with slow popups

Maybe these stats had error. I corrected them, thank you. But the slow work of pop-up is not with them. I used this custom stats very long time (since PT3) and I had any problem with them.

I've found!!! The problem associated with the use of stats Сbet+position(BB,SB,BU etc)+in position(or out of position).
Fold C-bet + position + in position(or out of position). Such statistics are not recorded in the database and is calculated separately? This is the standard stats

not sure why i havent been contacted yet over this issue, anyway i had also created the positional cbet stats as above for my popups, i did try removing them as a popup to no avail, but didnt delete them altogether, am doing a database restore at the moment so cant test. Will update later.

We do not have separate in and out of position stats but you can display any postflop stat for in or out of position by setting the "Position" property in the Hud configuration.

Ok done some further testing, after unassigning my popups with the positional CBET stats the problem remained, however after deleting these popups altogether the problem disappeared, popups are again populating instantly.

Seems pretty clear where the problem lies.

Getting a bit frustrated with the lack of response to this issue, we have demonstrated an easily replicated issue and yet nobody seems to be taking ownership of this problem and looking for a solution.

Why create such a customisable HUD and popup setup and then ignore your users when a pretty fundamental flaw is discovered which renders it unusable when certain stats are added ?

Please set your Hud up with the problem and export it and attach it to a Support Ticket with a description of exactly what the problem is, and which stats you add/remove from which group to cause/remove the problem. This will allow us to keep track of the issue in our system and pass it on to the development team.
