ipoker skin: HHs arent imported correctly

Hi,

I have PT 2.17.02 installed.

Ive downloaded the 'K' patch from- http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/P ... 21701k.exe

but whenever i run it i get this message:

"The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.02 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:

Just noticed that Titan poker (iPoker network) has updated their software. It seems that the formatting of their HH files must have also changed as when imported into poker tracker v2 they aren't showing correctly. after looking at a few hands what it seems to be is;

If both players go all in and the one with the larger stack has pushed allin first, then the pot is shown as the total amount of both the stacks. i actaully noticed that this has always been happening (just with iPoker), however previously it was shown as pot = $1, 000 net = $300 rake = $1 (say for example if the smaller stack had $300 the larger $700). Now however it shows as pot = $1000 net = $1000 rake = -$701

Hope i have described this issue fully, is this what had already happened on other skins of this network, will the patch in this thread fix it, and finally how do i correct the hands which have already been imported?

Hi pat thanks for the quick reply,

I installed the patch, purged and reimported the hands;

It has solved the problem of the negative rake and the amounts from the sessions seem to be correct (or close to what it should be), however when viewing the individual hands in the replayer there are still problems. The bet amounts don't add up, for example everytime when the flop is delt the dealer has 2$ more in the pot (2$/4$ NL HU game) shown by the red amounts under the player names (if multiple bets happen pre flop then this inconsistency can be greater), also when all the money goes in it can show the players to have neagtive money, in the black number under the player name.

I understand how difficult it can be to fully detect what the issues are from my basic description of them. So I'd be more than willing to record my desktop whilst viewing and replaying the hands through pokertracker and email it over to you

Hello,
I have probleme with Ipoker (Titan) for a few days:
Stats are wrong: no PFR, negative rake, ...
I'm using PT version 2.17.01g with windows vista.
Wich patch do I have to apply?
