does pokertrack 3 hud work on party poker for mac?

just started using party poker on mac, cant get the hud to pop up with the trial mac version of pokertracker 3? is it not compatible? thanks

im importing the right files but i keep getting this message : Unable to launch auto-import for site: PartyGaming. Reason: Party auto-importer needs to be configured.

If the hands are importing you do not need to worry about that message - it just means that the hand history folder wasn't detected automatically. As long as you've configured the folder manually and hands are importing that's fine.

The Hud should work, but you will need to be using the latest v3.13.9 Beta version if you're using the download client at Party.

I'm told by our Mac developer that that message actually means that the hand history folder configured in PokerTracker does not exist.

Please make sure that you have configured the Party Poker client to save hand histories - from the Party Poker lobby menu choose Party Poker > Preferences and go to the General tab. Tick the "Store hand history logs" option. Note that this folder may not appear until you actually play a hand.

..and that PT3 is configured to import from the correct folder.

everything is configured properly just double checked, when i import into pt3 is says "unexpected beginning of hand history" and doesnt import any of the files.

Please enable logging via Configure --> Options --> Logging Enabled, restart PT3 and reproduce this problem, then report it and we'll look into this further for you.

Please confirm that you are using v3.13.9 Beta - support for the Party Poker download version is new in this version and any other versions will not work.

ok updated to beta and it works now thanks. one more problem though, i cant seem to find the preferred seating option on party poker for mac, does it not exist?

Do you mean in PokerTracker or in the Party client itself?
